Conference Registration Information
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference with the early registration fee (by January 20th) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Conference Registration Fees:
In Advance Full Fee: 240 Euros. The full fee covers the entrance to the conferences, the proceedings book, lunches, gala dinner and coffee breaks. The deadline for this fee is January 20th.
Student Fee: 140 Euros. This fee includes the entrance to the conferences, the proceedings book, lunches and coffee breaks. Student accreditation is required, and this fee is not eligible for on-site registration.
Latin American Researchers Fee: The registration of researchers of Latin American universities and other research entities is partially granted by the Surlabs Network and the Agencia Nacional de Promoción Científica y Técnica, of Argentina. In this case, the fee is 90 argentine pesos. This rate covers: the entrance to the conferences, the proceedings book, and coffee breaks.
In order to ease the organization and reservation of services in Mar del Plata, a very demanded city in March, participants who will present a paper (speakers) at the SPL will be invited to complete the registration in advance if the final version of the paper is accepted.
Late/On-Site Registration (Non Speakers): 290 Euros
